Fell-ferret provides guided walking tour experiences in Melbourne, Australia. Our services include historical, cultural, and architectural walking tours led by experienced guides.
All bookings are subject to availability. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee confirmation. We will contact you within 12 hours to confirm or suggest alternative dates.
Payment instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation. Full payment is required to secure your reservation.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled walk will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the walk are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available date.
We reserve the right to cancel walks due to extreme weather, insufficient bookings, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.

Walking tours involve physical activity on public streets, laneways, and pathways. Participants assume all risks associated with walking in urban environments, including uneven surfaces, weather conditions, and traffic.
We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during walks unless directly caused by our negligence.
While our guides are knowledgeable and research-driven, historical interpretations may vary among scholars. The information provided during walks is educational in nature and reflects our guides' understanding based on available sources.
We make no guarantees regarding the absolute accuracy of all historical claims and encourage participants to conduct their own research for academic purposes.
All content on this website, including text, images, tour designs, and route plans, is the intellectual property of fell-ferret unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Participants are welcome to take photographs during walks for personal use. By joining a group walk, you consent to appearing in photographs taken by other participants.
We may occasionally take photographs during walks for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the walk.
We reserve the right to remove participants from walks if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a safety risk to others. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked walk. We are not responsible for consequential damages, travel expenses, or other costs incurred in connection with your participation.
We reserve the right to modify walk routes, content, pricing, and availability at any time. Confirmed bookings will honor the originally agreed price and general walk description.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
